The big girl with red hair and glasses named Hayley has called our personal phone number using the stores number over 5 times. We only had 3 items and it took over an hour and a half at the check out line which was going all the way down a whole isle. Not only that but she has her boyfriend rubbing all up on her from behind the counter and he didn't work there. I called and asked for a manager because it was ridiculous and unprofessional and she hung up on me, then she called back yelling in the phone so I hung up and went to call corporate. While I was trying to call them she called our phone 5 times in a row we videoed her doing it so we have proof. Never in my life did I think dollar tree could be so bad to where I had to leave a review and call corporate. We will be filing a formal complaint against her and seeing what we can do about harassment. That's psycho behavior raging on people using the store phone because you were acting very unprofessional and being gross with your dude in front of everyone. I hope she gets professional help.

One reason I give 4 stars is bc as soon as prices went up so did they so they are not really a “$1 (one dollar) Tree” anymore however that’s the company’s problem… I’m not trying to throw shade but the main reason I put 4 stars at this in particular location is because wether Holiday or just needing a few crafts or a bowl an plate this store has so much stuff which I love but you are always running into someone! It’s too small of a store to have so much I never get to look to even get what I want bc I’m always running into someone on accident it’s very aggravating especially when your in a hurry!!! Sorry no shade the employees are very nice and helpful but the owner needs to buy to place beside it that that they just moved out of! An if it’s too much room make a bathroom and office it’s not like they don’t have the $$$. Js…

Everything I needed today for the household's snacks. I had plenty of variety to choose from and it was all conveniently located on 2 isles next to each other. There was a line at one register, but the Dollar Tree associate kindly opened another register and checked me out quickly. The sales associate was very polite, kind, & even offered me a coupon that takes 10% of my entire purchase next week.

Dollar Tree is a great , inexpensive store with everything for $1.25. They have everything from food , household supplies, pet food & products, party supplies, cards, holiday decorations, plant seeds, soil, make-up, balloons ,and so much more. Best place to bring the kids to go get some toys or etc. A lot of items you wouldn't expect so cheap. Always has new products coming in....

Love going to Dollar Tree! Our store is small and wish it had more items as seen on YouTube videos. Staff is always helpful.

The last 3 times I have stopped here in Haleyville, they were closed early. 20 minutes early twice, and then today they were closed 40 minutes early. And whenever I am able to shop here, you can really tell that the employees seem to not like their jobs. At least the cashiers I have had experience with. So far, not a very good customer service experience. And I only moved to town about a month ago.
