They're refusing to deliver my Amazon order.Said I had to retrieve it from the office myself.Roxanne is very rude and impatient.11:30 am March 2nd.They claim they tried to deliver my packages.All they have done is stick a notice in my box and drive away while I stood on my porch

Somehow manage to not understand where my house is and ends up returning to sender most of the time because they can’t find the house, terrible mail service and suck at looking to check since the house has multiple visual markers letting them know the address.

My experience has been awful most of my mail doesn't get here at the same time every day sometimes it arrives at 8 pm at night don't know who too blame the carrier or the post office ??! Please deliver my mail at the same time not all hours or when it's convenient for the carrier to get here !!
