I always have a great experience at Wilks. I have been a customer with Wilks for over 20 years. They are kind and courteous. I bring all of my vehicles to them, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Randy and his facility are the best, they go above and beyond!!

We blew out the tire on our boat trailer on the way home and these guys came to our rescue when no one else would and went above and beyond! Cormier, was so nice and kind, and came to our location where our tire was blown and put our spare on. Within 30 minutes we were on the road to head home. I would most definitely recommend these guys to anyone in this area. God bless you guys!

Well, this was a fun morning! :/ Blew out 2 nitrogen tires and destroyed 2 rims. Wilks employee just happened to drive by. He helped. Then they fixed it. Very big, clean, airy waiting area and super nice staff.

Had a leak in one tire. every two days had to put air in it. Couldn't find a leak anywhere. Paid a flat rate this gentleman that fixed it showed me a little piece of a stick no bigger than a finishing nail.

Very professional establishment, my wife brought our Toyota fj cruiser here to have tires I ordered installed and wilks went above and beyond on the service, we had an issue with our rims that we previously were unaware of and they pointed it out and showed us the issue which was a hazardous one. They care about their customers safety and they did not try to rip us off or upsale us, they just showed us what was wrong and provided recommendations

Nice place but couldn’t help me. Wilks tire in Arab is great! I’m serious. The one in Guntersville,they just looked at my truck tires and said “can’t help you “ Arab Wilks fixed it right up. Well worth the short drive. Service there is great. I give Arab Wilks tire ***** stars.

Wilks is the best and most professional shop I’ve ever been to. I originally came in for a dead battery in my 2021 GMC SIERRA. They went to work on it right away to see what caused the dead battery, tested the alternator, and even dug deeper. After discovering a broken belt and a pulley explosion, they contacted several businesses in the area to find the parts necessary to fix it; they showed us the broken parts too. We are from out of town and had to leave the next morning, and with a six year old and two large dogs, we were in a bit of a panic. They drove two hours to pick up the part for us and had it ready first thing in the morning for us. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and will gladly be giving them business in the future for any needs I have when I come back to visit family. Great family friendly facility, respectful and caring customer service representatives, and they go the extra mile without costing and arm and a leg!

I was so glad when I seen they were opening in Guntersville! They did not disappoint I needed a battery and a tire fixed. I got off work 1 hour before they closed but was in and out in 40 minutes and the service was very reasonable!

They have the best manager and employees I have ever dealt with. Great service excellent prices. Randy is the best person my wife and I have ever dealt with honest and respectful.
