Wide variety of items to choose from. Prices are a lot higher than Walmart but you don't have to stand in line forever and it was nice and cool inside store. Cashier was really nice.

It's always something... I call for refill, I'm on hold for 20 minutes. Im told the Rx will be ready. 2hrs. Later than promised i still have to wait. This happens over and over. Guess we will be moving our business across the street to CVS.

Walgreens has the only drive thru I know of that refuses to make people move out of the way for other customers to drop off their orders etc while they wait for their order. It's not uncommon to be stuck in the line for over an hour with only 2 cars in front of you when you pulled in thanks to a j*** deciding to wait for their rx to be filled regardless of cars being lined up down the block behind them... I've brought it up to the employees before and they still refuse to do anything about it...

I just left work early to make sure I was at Guntersville Walgreens before they closed. I even called ahead and told them I was on my way, so that they could have it ready and I wouldn’t run THEM late! Pulled in the drive-thru at around 7:45pm. There was 1 vehicle in line ahead of me. Sat there for almost 30 minutes when they finally helped the car in front me and put up cardboard in the window. Closed. I was still the only other car in line. So unprofessional! The ONLY reason I rated this pharmacy a 1-star is because there wasn’t anything lower that that!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. They let people camp out in the drive thru, my sisters medicine is NEVER filled when it's supposed to be. You need to fire everyone and start over

I would rather a circus of homicidal clowns, dual wielding butcher knives, parachute down from above and chase me like the Purge than go to this Walgreens. It would be faster and more pleasant.

I have to say I am very disappointed in the staff of the pharmacy at this location in Guntersville. My doc sent multiple prescriptions electronically and after 2 attempts/2 different days to pick up all meds, they still omitted to fill one. Smh! These should have all been ready for pickup the same day; however, they were not. I have now changed my pharmacy with my doc, had her send the unfilled portion to another pharmacy, and DO NOT recommend this location.

Had surgery today left prescriptions at Approx 11am. Was to be read ar 12:30 pmIt’s 6:36 and my wife is at Walgreens still waiting. One pharmacist on duty doing the best he can. Long line.Not the first problem with this store. We done moving to Publix ASAP.Verlon & Judy Willmon
