Amazing staff. They take car of your car. I was amazed the owner was out here scrubbing cars in the cold. Got all the bugs off my front bumper. All I paid for was a basic wash but felt like I got the royal treatment.

from out of town didn’t know they only accept card, I only had cash. Very kind man working front gate helped me out with a coupon and let me through. Kindness goes a long way, will be back next time I come through town.

Very comforting and excellent service. The young men were making sure I knew what to do on my first time being here. Edwin was on top with his performance and assisted me with the best membership for my car. I’ll be definitely considering coming here often for my car washes. Thank you Tidal Wave!

I’ve been a member at Tidal Wave for 6 months now and it’s always a pleasure when I go through the car wash. My car always looks great, and the guy that helped me set up my membership, wilder, is always a pleasure to speak with when I’m coming through with plenty of knowledge to help you understand how the different plans work. Aside from the wash and vacuums working really well, and the complimentary towels and cleaner, the staff is awesome! My battery died, and Wesley (I th8nk that was his name) got me started with his portable jumper. I couldn't even force the guy to take a tip.

I have a monthly membership plan. It started at $19.99 which I enjoyed. But recently they changed the monthly fee of the membership, I'm not excited about it, but I understand costs do go up for supplies. I made a few suggestions for extra conveniences for customers like myself. 1.) Provide a self-service wheel cleaning supplies (example: a simple bucket w/ special brush and fluid to clean rims of break dust). 2.) Provide simple air fresheners for customers. This said, I do like this place as they offer a covered place to vacuum and clean your vehicle after going thru the car wash. They offer glass cleaner and towels (thank you!).
