A week and a half ago I drove 45 minutes. To return some boxes. The place was. Full a line to the door. Mind you I was there almost 2 hours. I was also purchasing phones.. Rhiannon was so helpful and what an asset to your company. She multitasks with Grace. Making sure everyone was taken care of. I'm going above and beyond for myself to understand My concern. She even had a problem taking off the boxes off of my account. Coming to closing she still took the time to make sure I was taken care of, let alone setting me up with two new cell phones. Let me transfer data shout out!!! To Rhiannon and her associate I didn't get her name. She definitely knows what she's doing and how to work with people.. I would definitely recognize Rhiannon as your employee.

Too many people waiting in line and not enough people open. No disability seating to wait in line, have to get out of line and say that one of the tables if you can't stand there for 15 minutes or longer waiting to be served

This isn't a good place to get help to pay ur bill. These girls sat around and did nothing to help me and watched another customer struggle with the payment station as well. I'll just stick with paying my bill online. This place and staff sux !!!

This was the awfullest experience I've ever had. Most of us stood in line for well over an hour! All I had to do was return some equipment and they made me wait in line when they could have very easily let me return the equipment. It literally took all of 5 minutes. A better solution would be to take the quick customers and get them out of the way because the ones needing phones would have to wait forever anyways. A lot of people left because of their very poor service. The people getting phones were there no less than 45 minutes after they had waited in line for an hour. To top it all off, a Mexican woman with tattoos on her hands was exceptionally rude to me and yelled at me when I asked if I could just leave the equipment there because I needed to get back to work. After all of that, she tried to take the guy behind me in line and didn't believe me when I said I was before him. She asked him and he said yes I was! I'm the peaceful type so I tried to apologize for daring to ask if I could just leave the equipment (mind you this was after an hour of just standing there. ) she was very rude! Terrible terrible customer service! I have my own business and I absolutely would NEVER treat customers this way. If I'm held up with someone that needs more time, I'll ask if they don't mind if i get the quick customers first and I've yet to have anyone say no! They certainly need a much better system if they can't even get someone a new phone before 2 hours!! I understand all the negative reviews as this business is run very shoddy with rude sales reps.

The young women in this store are very rude! My husband and I have been customers for 25 years. We were buying a new phone and my husband asked a question about the new streaming service. The girl that answered never looked up, never smiled, and seemed very agitated. She was rude and unprofessional. Then my husband said I only wanted to ask a question, I didn't expect a smart ass answer. He had every right considering she treated him like garbage. The girl waiting on me verbally attacked my husband and myself. We left and didn't get the phone. . We did order one from our account because my screen is cracked on my old one. However, we will be rethinking our Spectrum services.

Have no stock for early upgrades. No way to contact them. Drove 45 minute's only to find out they closed 2 hours early. Very mickey mouse business. May go back to straight talk.
