“Let me tell yall something. I don't care what anyone says this place is absolutely the number one to me. I went in beat and tired from work. My feet were so sore and hurt that I did not feel like searching the store. I approached this lady at the front and told her I have plantar faciitis, hairline fractures, bones spurs and fluid build up in my ankles. She took one look at my current shoes and said "oh no those are not gonna help you at all!" And this wonderful angelic woman spent the better part of AN HOUR searching shoe after shoe for me. My feet were too wide for the normal women's shoes and the arch to too close to my heel as well. So we moved to the men's aisle. I found a good shoe but they had NOTHING in my size. I found one half a size bigger than my regular size and settled. She even helped me find an insert that would help. She understood exactly what I needed and knew what I was going through. She reassured me over and over that I could return the shoe and get a refund if it didn't work and they could special order for me straight to my front door. She apologized so many times for not being able to find my size and trust me this woman truly searched even going into unopened delivery boxes for me. She didn't have to do iit and I apologized for probably being the most difficult customer but she made me feel welcome and cared for and reassured that I was no trouble at all. If this woman sees this. Thank you! Thank you so much for being so awesome and go truly above and beyond for little ole me. I know in customer service of any kind we dont get enough appreciation and I hope you see this cause you deserve an applause for your kind heart! ? I will be back time and time again for me and my family.”

“I have been looking for work shoes for awhile now and I was not disappointed when I went to Hibbetts yesterday. They closed at 9, and I arrived at 8:45. When I walked in I was still greeted with a smile and not the usual moan and groan when someone enters a store right before closing time. Vicki, or Ricki I believe was her name, was so friendly to me and helped me find the perfect shoe for my workday. She should definitely be a valued employee, and it will not be my last visit to this hibbetts!”
