Beautiful, clean, well run campground. Would love to keep this place a secret but is really too good not to share. The owners/managers are extremely helpful and easily available for information or working to accommodate our stay. The cabins are fantastic that resemble Tiny Houses rather than rustic woodsy cabin, offering: AC, full kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and some bunk room, paved parking, and cable. The full hook-up campgrounds are gravel but level and well spaced with enough room to accommodate a big rig and any towables you might have with fire pits and charcoal grills at your site. There's even a boat parking near the cabins to keep the cabins clear and accessible. No wifi but with all the outdoor availability it's not a big issue and cell service is pretty good. Hiking trails, close to the lake, dog run, and lots of room for biking, walking, hiking, or fishing. Definitely a 10/10 in our book.

This is a great place to camp and I did say camp it’s not a hotel resort but if you’re looking for a beautiful campground that’s well maintained this is it. We are staying in site 10 and are very pleased with how quiet it is and how beautiful the lake is. The owners are great and work hard to make sure you have a great stay. You have 650 acres to walk on trails, swings and hammocks near the campground. We will be back as soon as we can.

Huge grounds with smaller campground down on the lake front. Owners keep all the grounds mowed and in great shape. All the sites are new, as is the park. No WIFI, great Version 5G. All gravel with cement pad, nice fire ring and picnic table. Sites are roomy. No facilities at all, just the sites. It was the 4th weekend and hot so they did a few water slide things for the kids. Our biggest disappointment was that is was 90-100 and there was no real access to the nice lake you were staring at. There is an old peer but you cannot really get in the water. All along the shore there was floating weed grass and terrible flying grass hoppers that swarmed you. We thought there might be some places to slip into the water when we made the reservation. We did go to the Guntersville state park to swim, even that had a lot of floating grass but you can at least cool off. In our opinion they would do much better by creating a small beach or access point to the water or better yet a pool. Along with adding some bath house facilities and laundry. A gazabo in the large field would be a nice touch as well. If you just want to relax by your site and maybe go form some walks and tour the area this is a pretty park.

One of the best RV locations around. Big lots and perfect location for those who want to fish at the lake nearby, enjoy campsite planned activities or just the peaceful atmosphere while reading a book and enjoying your campfire.

NO bathouse, NO laundry facilities, NO boat ramp, NO boat dock, NO WIFI, NO camp store. And expensive for 0 amenities. Staff is disrespectful and rude. A guy actually mowed the grass inches from our camper and truck and he did this 30 minutes prior to check out sooo he could have waited for us to leave or at least talk to us but no he had his ear buds in and just did what ever he wanted. We spoke to the office when we left and was treated disrespectful. Go anywhere else there is no reason to deal with people like this when your trying to relax. And there are plenty of other places!!

We have stayed here several times and are going back next week. We love the place. It is a work in progress. But the sites are nice and plenty of room and level. Once they get amenities situated it really will be great. But for us, we love it.

Food & drinks: We were 30 minutes away from town and traveling thru the narrow road in the mountains wasn't fun.

Oh I just loved this place. It is so wonderful if you just want to get away for a weekend this is the place for you. The cabins are pretty secluded not many neighbors. And each one has a fire ring for fires, pic nic tables, chairs on front porch looking out into wilderness. It's so peaceful and quiet and it is absolutely stunning. They do have cabins that are closer to playgrounds, you can rent golf cart and ride on their 600 acres of land. They also have firewood that you can purchase at office. And it's not to far from restaurants to eat, I would say maybe 20 to 30 min commute. But we'll worth it. They do have their own kitchen in them as well. If you just need to get away and you love the wilderness this is the place to go. I highly reccomend this place. Oh and they do allow dogs as well.Playground: There are playgrounds around some of the cabinsRestrooms: There are restrooms in the cabins, no tub in ours, but full bathroom. A shower with seats.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcomePicnic area: Yes there are pic nic tables.

Nice place to relax! Tv controls are a little complicated but manageable. Need a mop so if you have a spill. Few things I would change. Great getaway for a few days!
