The hot part of the deli is supposed to close at 6:00 p.m. About five times now I have went in there at 4 :30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. and employees had already closed the deli down. I've only lived in Guntersville for two months. That's several times within two months. I went in there today at 4:55 and there was nothing on the hot bar. That means the guy had to start breaking it down at 4:30. If you're not going to stay open till 6:00 p.m. change your hours of operation. If you're not going to stay open until 6:00 p.m. then when a customer calls up there and asks when does the hot bar close you need to tell them we close it when we feel like it because that's what they do at this store.

The employees are super friendly and kind! This location keeps great sales as well. The city of Guntersville needs to repair the parking lot bc it's pothole city so beware

There is always a friendly staff and a clean store at this location. It's right on Hwy 69, so it's convenient to run in and grab what I need. I like shopping at this Piggly Wiggly.
