I bought gas here at about 4:30pm June 7, 2023. Went to eat, left Top Of The River. Going home on Hwy 79, my engine light came on. Just left the dealership found out I got bad gas. I tired to call Murphy to let know (tired twice) went to voicemail!

The store itself is great. Most of the employees are great. However the one manager on day shift should not be a Manger. Her name is Katrina and we have had more than one occasion of her being rude and annoyed with an attitude. Hopefully someone in charge will see this and have a talk with her about her customer service quality! We try to make a point to go in the afternoon to avoid any contact with her but in the times we do have to go in the mornings we have an issue with her attitude and huffing and puffing.

The prices usually match the other lowest prices in Guntersville. You can purchase snacks and drinks outdoors. There is no inside area. It tends to be crowded. There is a vacuum. Convenient to Wal Mart, they are practically in the same parking lot. I always pay at the pump so I can not comment on the staff.
