I didn't have much hope when it came to Wireless Coverage as we were with AT&T for almost 20 years, when I tell you I felt like we were in the STONE AGES for all those years; easiest thing I can compare it to was a concentration camp. Any calls we made to make changes to our plan or ask for help were NEVER met. Seriously they have a 100% rating for failure.
But the moment we walked through the door at Verizon in Guntersville, Abel was our knight in shining armor on a white horse. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this guy. Answered any and every question we had thoroughly AND repetitively. Didn't mind that we had 32,015,421 of them, still answered every single one. AND happily with a smile on his face accepted every add-on, change, & review we made before leaving the store. I HATE that it has taken us so long to make the change, but seriously love that Abel was there to be the ones to save us. Abel, seriously, man.. Thank You so so much!! We'd still be lost & looking for service without you!!

The workers needs a good raise, paid vacation, ham and turkey plus a gold trophy ? also chase ? the young cable man came out and rewired the the whole house out with cable wire because the cable men didn't do there job right. Chase the young cable man done a number one job here at our house ? and we're really happy about this. He was here 1 hour and half. He fixed the wifi better. I took chase 2 cold waters at our house ?. He worked really hard. I called him number one. Chase needs a big raise , paid vacation, Ham, and Turkey, plus a gold trophy ?. He deserves it.
