Tbh, when you have a major gas station not even a mile on down the road, don't try to parent another customer, even if he did raise his middle finger. I had a friend of mine, having just moved into the state of Alabama and having a tough time with his job and money, come to your establishment. He had seen your gas pumps covered and assumed the pumps were out of order. With no money and no gas, he had no idea that the store was open, and with his frustration flicked, not YOU (the disgruntled employee), but at the building and the situation as a whole. He only realized you guys were open, when he had seen that the gas pumps were still on and fully usable. Then, you guys decided to lecture him on how to treat employees rather than try to understand he was having a hard time getting settled in a new state. Maybe next time, you guys should try to be a bit more understanding and courteous to someone who isn't maybe blaming YOU for the situation, but the stream of bad luck. Yes, he took his frustration out on you, and I've known him for years, he's quite an understanding guy, but next time, how about you try a bit more on giving professional customer service, instead of lecturing a fully grown man like a parent. -Sincerely, A friend and very unimpressed customer
