“Got good work out in this place. Have all the basic machines and the gym is never packed. Hard to find gyms with Ivanko plates, this was a nice surprise. And lastly, they even have chains to add to barbells, super good for progressive overloading.”

“I had surgery on both knees this year and went here for physical therapy after both. These folks are friendly, but not a push-over. My therapist, Mandy, knew when to push and I certainly appreciate the attitude and commitment to help their patients, and this includes every member of the staff I had any interaction with. I cannot imagine getting treated better anywhere! There is no need to drive to Huntsville or Albertville with such a wonderful staff committed to the welfare of their charges.”
