Heather was absolutely awesome, extremely helpful, knowledgeable & kind!!! She really took time with us & showed us every option that would be the best choice of mattress that we were needing & looking for. We got a great deal that includes delivery, setup & haul off our old. The best part is knowing that our mattress will be going to help a good cause, hopefully a homeless shelter or someone in need, since it is still in good condition! Customer service is excellent! I ordered a mattress that would have been delivered too late for our company coming to visit, and they helped me change it to an in-stock item for immediate delivery. Wonderful gal helped me. Delivery was exactly on time, with very nice drivers who were very kind and polite. Excellent service overall!

Had wonderful experiences at the guntersville Al location. Manager was extremely nice and patient with us and was wonderful with our 4 kids while we tested mattresses would highly recommend this store to anyone

Taylor was very knowledgeable and professional. She wasn’t too pushy and we felt she had our interest at heart. Her outgoing friendly personality won us over and she did a tremendous job going beyond the call of duty to help fulfill our needs. I can’t say enough good things about her and we will definitely repeat business with her when the occasion arises.

I need a mattress for my (severe) scoliosis and my saleslady listened to my needs and showed me my options - I felt comfortable with her and her knowledge of her/Bedzzz's products. She akso recommended a side-sleeper pillow which I bought right away, and it has already made a difference - even with my old mattress. I am anxious to get my new mattress and be able to sleep and awake without so much pain.Thank you ?
