I was really impressed with this place and their entire staff, very knowledgeable, super friendly and patient with me asking several questions! Good quality customer service is almost unheard of now days, but not in this place! They make you feel welcomed and wanted! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Definitely switching my medication's here and making this my home pharmacy! Barry Latham & his entire staff is AMAZING!!!

Pharmacy staff and pharmacist are always pleasant and always helpful. If you're have to pay cash Barry always gives an affordable cash price. I prefer this pharmacy over the big brand pharmacy stores.

I love the new automated prescription refill service and the friendly caring customer service inside the store is second to none. Mr. Barry Latham's knowledge on drugs is very useful if you have questions. The wait for my medication refills isn't long at all. These things and more is why I keep coming back.

A manual wheel chair cost just under $300. In June 2021 one was delivered to Diverse Care in Arab for my uncle to use while there, he has an electric one at home. I was told by Barry Latham today that the chair was a rental through Medicare and since we changed Medicare providers in January 2022 we now owed $150 a month to rent the wheel chair; owing $450 for Jan-Mar 2022. The chair has been in a closet since July 2021. I asked to see papers detailing the rental agreement and Latham could not produce one. He told me Diverse Care should have provided that upon discharge. I stopped by Diverse Care today and they never received a rental or purchase agreement for my uncle from Barry Latham Pharmacy. They also believed Medicare had payed in full for the chair. I plan to contact Medicare on Monday for them to investigate.

Barry Lathams pharmacy is a great place to go! Always top notch service here! I've been getting my sons medications here for years and today I needed to fill my medicine from an ER visit last night. I didn't realize they were closed and pulled up to the drive thru. Barry himself came to the window and informed me they were actually already closed but still offered to fill my medicine. Thank you to him for not making me drive to Arab since I had to be here at the ER because my boyfriend is here getting help for covid since we are all sick. Great service from them as always. Thanks for being the pharmacy everyone needs when they're sick. They will definitely always get my business when I'm nearby. I always choose to support small pharmacies over big pharmacies because they need our business and appreciate our business not to mention they actually care about their patients unlike CVS and Walgreens where you're just another dollar sign. Thank you for helping me out today! I truly appreciate your service to me, my son in the past and to your community.

The "home health" guy, Randy, is an absolute unprofessional and a liar. He gave me 3 different MEDICAL masks that had been OPENED/USED on other people. I took a mask back to exchange it for a smaller size and it was put right back on the shelf for the next person. He has come to my house threatening to come inside and take my equipment away. In fact, he pushed past my husband trying to enter my house on 3 separate times before he was pushed away. Randy called numerous times about my machine and it began to give me an uneasy feeling, my husband took the modem and SD card out of the machine and then he began threats again. I do not recommend this company or person for your home health needs. I requested to speak with the owner on 2 occasions and was denied.

I recently fell and broke my leg. My son contacted Latham's and they were able to recommend what home equipment I would need and then deliver that equipment the next day. The rental prices for a hospital bed and wheelchair are very reasonable. Ask for Randy. He has taken care of us.
