My experience using A&D auto repair was very positive +++. The mechanics were very thorough, engaging, and they call me to explain the details behind the cost. I was very please with the results. I will be bringing my other vehicles to A&D repair.

I brought in my spare work vehicle to have a transmission issue diagnosed, I had an idea of what the problem was and planned to repair it myself but I just needed to know which parts to buy and replace and I was glad to pay a diagnostic fee to avoid throwing unnecessary parts at the vehicle. We let them know what codes the vehicle was throwing and what parts we wanted them to check and he said it would only take 2-ish days. It took 2 weeks of getting the runaround before I finally got fed up and just said forget it and picked up my vehicle. There was no communication whatsoever from them unless my husband and I called them and they always promised to call us back but never did once. They didn't even check the parts I requested at all and still charged me $55 for a diagnostic fee for absolutely nothing.

These guys are awesome! I called them on a Friday and they were able to diagnose, get parts and repair within a couple of hours. Greg even gave me a ride to my house while I waited. They were all very polite and friendly. This will be my new go-to mechanic.

I’ve been using A & D Service Center for years. They always given my family service that is thorough and reasonably priced. Everyone here has been courteous and honest in their dealings with us.
