Pelican Point 803
None of the bedroom TV's worked. One bedroom had a nasty smell. pictures on the website showed 2 tables and chairs on the balcony but when we got there, There was only one.

Booking was simple. Staying at the Boardwalk was nice, the condo was nice and location was great. Quiet and relaxing. Only negative comment is that room was not ready and check in is 4 pm and house keeper was trying to come in before check out and check out was at 10 am got a link to click on for check out, just think if room is not ready check out time should be moved to 11 am, it would be reasonable if check out is 11 am and the code was already changed before 10 am. I seen this was an issue for other people review too. Overall stay was great and would give a 5 star if wasn't from check in/check out issue. Would stay at boardwalk again.

#308 unit very nice. Nice size furniture was comfortable beds comfortable. Curtains needs to be worked on just hanging on rods in LR. … unit was clean except for 2nd BR. As soon as we checked in I was walking on sand in the 2nd BR. The pictures depict just how much sand I swept up. Later the 1st night I pulled out a white blanket and yuck my hand went directly to crusty nasty stuff on this white blanket so I went straight to washer. As far as unit a nice unit just a little bit more attention. Yes, I would request this unit again…

This the second time I have stayed with Youngs suncoast.i had a problem with them the frist time but it was never that was never taken care of. BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE. BUT BAD MISTAKE. I WAS IN A BED THAT WAS WORN IN THE MIDDLE AND WHEN YOU LAY IN IT YOU FELT LIKE YOU WERE SLEEPING IN A DITCH. THE HAD THE MATANCE TO COME IN LOOK AT IT. AND HE AGREED WITH ME. BUT WHEN THE PEOPLE WHO PAY ALL THE BILL AND PUT OUT THE MONEY HAD A DIFFERENT STORY.SO I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN. IF I BOOK IT WLL BE .PEOPLE LIKE BRENT ROBERSON. BAD ? TRIP

We love ending our summer but this year was a little disappointing. The condo only had one towel per person, the pillows in the master bedroom were flat. Never had that before we been doing the same condo for 5 years. The pool area was disappointing as well with pool furniture nasty worn out and tubes as well. I hate leaving reviews like this but honestly in all ours years coming this was the worst! Oh yeah to add to it we come back from dinner and there was a truck parked in our assigned spot.

We loved Boardwalk Condo 781. The location was perfect for the beach and restaurants. The condo had plenty of room for our six guests. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins every morning. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect! We went to the beach with our daughter, son-in-law, and 6month old grandson. The fast that both rooms had king size beds was great! The rooms were so big and spacious!!
The check in process was easy, I wish they had an early check in possibility, because traveling with a baby is difficult at times and he was DONE with the carseat an hour before scheduled check in, but we didn't get the codes to check in early after we called and requested them. All is well though. We had a great time! We can't wait to rent again!!

We stayed at San Carlos 401 it was true to the pictures on the site. Very well kept and clean. We had a wonderful time and will definitely use Young Suncoast Vacation Rentals again.

We stayed at The Boardwalk in unit 487.This isn't the fanciest condo building you'll ever stay at but the condo unit itself was immaculate .it was very very nice !! ,, AND this place was the BEST for my family. Convenience! Wanna be on the beach in 5 minutes?.. bam.. you're there! Get down there and forget your sunscreen?? Well it'll take you 5 minutes to go back up and get it. It's especially great if you have kids, because you can be back to your condo quickly if need be. I would also suggest this place for anyone that just wanted to be in a place that was private. We honestly hardly saw any of the other occupants , exept at the pool and there was never over 10 people there.
The parking lot is small, but you get 2 passes per room. One for the lot by the building and one for across the street. Honestly, it is so close it's not bad if you have to park there.
The security guys that work there of the evenings are the sweetest !
This building only has 70 units. I think that's why I love it so much.
This was my 2nd year staying at The Boardwalk. This year we were in 487. Last year I think it was on the 5th floor. Both units were all we needed both visits 4 adults, 2 children! Plenty of room.
Like I said. It's a hop skip and a jump to the beach, the pool, the parking lot. ... also you can just walk to ALOT of places, like The Hangout and several Shops. Ohh, and right there in front of the building on the beach is Sea n Suds snd the smell will have your mouth watering!!! There's a quickmarket directly across the road if you need to grab something ( it's gonna cost a little more, but it's convenient). Walmart is about 10 min drive away.
I will be back next year for sure. I just can't say enough good stuff about our stay! 5 stars !!
