I had a great experience with the service I needed for my laptop. I recommend 100%, very professional, promptly answered questions, stayed in contact with me, and friendly too. Wendy was particularly nice and in my case I was able to get my laptop back quickly and their service is a good cost for great service.

When my hard drive crashed on my MacBook Air, Tech Solutions was wonderful to work with. Wendy did an amazing job getting the right replacement ordered and installed. Very friendly staff, kept me informed every step of the way, replaced bad hardware and got my grandson's pc up and running very fast. Will definitely do business with again and recommend to anyone in need of pc service.
