The condo that we stayed in was perfect. The HOA on the other hand was an absolute nightmare. Parking was terrible. Building maintenance questionable. Workers were constantly grouped together talking instead of working. Had to ask multiple times to get assistance with our door lock.

Do not book with this place! The HOA made a decision to close down the main level lobby where the elevator access is at on the ground floor, for an ENTIRE WEEK! We have disabled people in our party and are unable to physically walk to the 2nd and 3rd levels to access an elevator. Southern Vacation rentals has provided no solution and says it is out of their hands and is the decision of the HOA. We were notified of this TODAY by a posting in the lobby as we were getting on the elevator. We have had this trip booked for months and never once received an email from southern vacation rentals or the HOA of this “maintenance” that would be shutting out their main entrance access. Southern Vacation rentals will not provide any assistance in resolving this matter or give us a contact for us to reach out to the HOA. We will be escalating this issues as it is dangerous and irresponsible of the HOA and Southern Vacation Rentals to make such a huge decision with out notifying their guests well in advance, giving them the option to cancel or change their stay for their health and safety. The photo attached was how we were notified that day after we arrived.The man who works in the office at these condos is rude, combative and has utter disregard for health and safety. I have never been treated or talked to the way this man spoke to me as if I didn’t matter. I am a paying customer and deserved to be treated better as a woman and person.

The condo was excellent. Great view, no issue with the room. The booking management left something to be desired. Hidden fees that didn't come up to arrival. Extremely limited parking.

Had a great time here. Bring trashbags and toilet paper. They give you 1 roll and 2 bags for a week. Other than that, great stay!

Beautiful, clean accommodations! Amazing view. Saw dolphins every day❣️?And Rod, who did our beach chairs/umbrella was so very sweet (& handsome) ❣️Highly recommended!!

The photos are pretty accurate. Furniture in photos are a little less worn than reality. Beautiful view of ocean. Has a kids pool and adult pool with jacuzzi. Weight room is good for workouts and clean. I booked a week around labor day. Cons are bring your own trash bags and toliet paper. They don't supply enough. The security door had loose screws and door handles were really loose. Washer and dry are old and had rust on outside and did not wash properly. Water drains are clogged with years of hair which makes showers turn into baths. Water temperature was not hot and maintenance was non existent. All door stick and patio door really difficult to open. Bring a plunger because toliets will clog and have trouble flushing. Security is top notch. People are friendly. Not a place to find alot of big seashells but water is real warm. Night time people fish off the shore and pier. Bring a blanket for the bed because it may feel colder than you may like at night. Hard to find good food that is not fried in town or not bar food. There is no on sight management since many companies use the building to rent out from. Have to deal with any issues over the phone and they may not even fix the problem but give you the run around. Overall 3 stars from the company I used to stay.

The location is perfect, the view is amazing, and the proximity to restaurants and activities is convenient. Our condo was clean at first glance but was in need of a deep cleaning. The carpets in the bedrooms were DISGUSTING! With a little TLC and elbow grease, I could give it 5 stars. I would recommend this place because of its location, amenities and budget friendly price.

The condo (1903) was great. You could see all the way to Orange Beach. Loved my bed. The extra cushions were much appreciated. I can have a rough time with hard surfaces. Other than check in we never waited on an elevator. The cleaning crew needs to be replaced though. They cost you a star.

First time we stay and will definitely be back! We stayed on the 5th floor and it was just perfect! The unit was big! 3bed 2 bath. The kitchen had everything we needed for a long stay. Tvs in every room, if you travel with kids, is a must! The unit was clean and well maintained. The beach is just steps away. Breathtaking views right outside the balcony, plenty of outdoor sitting on the valcony as well! The only bad thing i can stay is there is so much traffic on the elevators, but once you figure out the peak hours and try to avoid them, you will be good ? love this place!
