Very nice clean salon with nice friendly staff. My issue is with a stylist who was, in my opinion, very skilled. Where she dropped the ball was when she canceled my appointment 2 hours prior due to a sick child. I had made the appointment for a Tuesday weeks in advance and planned on leaving town on Friday morning. She offered me an appointment on Friday instead. I said I couldn't make that but did she have anything else? Nope. Crickets singing while I wait for her to offer an alternative. Maybe oh wait I can schedule child care for an hour, or maybe I can ask one of my salon co-workers to schedule you? Nope and nope. Never heard back from her, Will never recommend her or seek her services either. So I travel with a shaggy head. To call her unprofessional is being kind.

I have only positive things to say about Alise and Co. Everyone there was so amazing to me and made me feel like I’d been there for years. A great group of young ladies and a wonderful atmosphere. If you are looking for a great cut or color, I highly recommend. A special thanks to Lillie for the brilliant color she gave me.

Always get there on time, heaven forbid you're a few min late. All you get is a wack job and half your color.
Edit: it was my daughter that was there. Finally, after a year of supporting me (recently unable to walk) and her 2 kids, was far enough ahead to do something nice for herself. She got half the service and charged full price.

Follow up review for this hair salon based off my initial experience when I showed for a first time appointment. After leaving my appointment due to not feeling confident that my pictures and ideas for my haircut were conveyed, the salon charged my credit card a no show fee of 83.00! I called the salon and spoke to the salon manager who stated that I didn't give Hannah a chance and that I wasted her time. The overall experience from start to finish, including the manager, was extremely unprofessional and completely disrespectful.

This salon is clean and has a great atmosphere. All of the stylists at professional and friendly. Skylar is a fantastic stylist. She listened to my hair request, went over some options and pics with me, and was super great at explaining my best option. I got a partial highlight with a money piece. Highly recommend her!

Christina is wonderful. She is very professional and was supportive after a pretty awful experience at a salon in Pensacola. She helped me formulate a plan to repair my damaged hair and it already looks and feels much better.
