A little more pricey than Walmart or Aldi, but they have a very big selection of all kinds of good things. They have some hot sauce that I’ve never seen anywhere else in the country and they have a fresh seafood market with shrimp, crawfish, different fish, alligator, etc. They also have a really cool machine that grind peanut butter for you on the spot, that’s always a favorite with us.

You can find most anything in Rouse's. Their seafood & meat department are really good.

Love, Love Rouses. Just wish the Gulfshores location would carry more Louisiana products. For example:
Savoies Smoked Sausage
Richards Smoked Sausage.
Was told that those brands can't cross state lines by the Butcher.

Love the unique selection they have! The hot food bar offers different items, with the best being on Fridays. I enjoy shopping at this store.

One of the BEST places to get your food and supplies for a week at the beach! I would bet the best place for Meats as well in the area! Haven't had anything bad from them yet on our vacations!

The lady that checked me out was very kind did not want me to wait so she sent me to customer service to a lady who was upset she was interrupted from playing on Her phone was very rude to me and extremely rude to her coworker.

Clean and stocked. great choices and variety. We love this chain. Rouses has the best produce and selection of meats. We will be back.

I am a 35 year resident of gulf shores AL.From TuscaloosaAL (we play a little bit of football).I was just in Rousses Grocery Store.I had 3 items,a large bottle of wine,a package of pasta,and a large watermelon.Wasn't planning on buying a watermelon so I didn't have a buggy.I was struggling with the watermelon ,I have a broken back.A customer helped me with getting it to the checkout.My cashier was Maurice.He asked if I had a cart for it.I replied I didn't.He insisted he was going to get a small cart for me.And he did.He also asked if I needed help loading my groceries,And then he asked if I had help unloading it when I got home..I can handle all of that on my own,1 thing at a time.Maurice,this young man is such a STELLAR person to be so caring.He was raised right.You don't get that very often nowdays.You are very fortunate to have to have this young man.I do hope you recognize him for the way he conducts himself.You are very lucky to have him! With his attidude he is going to have a brillant future ahead of him.MAURICE,good luck to you in the future! And I thank you for helping an old lady,

We love Rouses! Everytime we come down to visit, we always find what we need and everyone is so friendly!
