Great location, park your car and you will have almost everything in walking distance. The only thing that I didn't like was the rooms, I don't know if all of them are the same, but they need a renovation. The kitchen and bathrooms are outdated. But I would definitely recommend it.

Zariah at the front desk was so super friendly. When we arrived we found out that our room had not been booked, but she did everything she could to help us. She ensure that we had our money back and that we found a place to stay. We couldn't ask for a better person to help us in such a crisis. Thank you so much and maybe next year we will get to stay here at the Phoenix.

Strangers walked into our suite. They had the pass code. Front desk got suites mixed-up. We had to move.

Family and I were traveling through the area and just kinda picked this place out. It was more than I could have expected. Room was really nice with gulf side view. Had bunk beds for the kids. Had furnished kitchen. We ended up staying an extra night and staff was very accommodating. Best of all price was amazing for what you are getting. Will definitely stay again when visiting gulf shores.Nearby activities: Many restaurants and shopping are walking distance. The beach is straight in front. Really convenient place.

Me and my husband stayed from September 4-6 2023 . The woman who booked us through Brett Robinson was so kind . We arrived at hotel and from there it was horrible. I did a walk through and found a used bar of nasty soap still in shower . But the worse part was we was at end of hallway and there sat 2 over bearing and over the top trash cans . Far and on ground all around them . Smelled like vomit and pee . We could not sleep in bedroom as you could smell the trash right outside our room . I have cancer and the smell made me so sick . I left messages for the mgr with no return calls . Called the main office and was told they would reach her . I called her again and said she took care of it and gave our $60 clean fee back BUT ALSO PROMISED VACATION CASH AND AFTER 10 calls and broken promises nothing in mail . I live local and have used them in past . But no longer will I till they fix their Supervisor.Walkability: Can walk to downtown in just a min

A great place to stay at the beach! My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Clean and comfy!
