Had a bad battery so we stopped in and met Charlie. He was super helpful and got us on the road in 15 mins flat! Great guy, great company.

Down here on vacation and my expedition threw a check engine light. The local Ford dealer couldn’t read the check engine code for several days. Called Napa and spoke to a super friendly fella named Mark who said he would be glad to scan it for me which he did. Turned out to be nothing to be immediately concerned with. Huge thanks to these guys!
