Worst boat dealer I’ve dealt with. Will screw you on trade in and price, not only that but they were incredibly rude and took their time doing anything. DO NOT USE MARINE MAX GULF SHORES! USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!

The problems I have had with them are too many to list. I purchased my boat on January 30, but they have yet to provide correct paperwork so that I can register the boat, so it’s still sitting in their facility 5 weeks later. None of them, including the salesman, the manager, and the guy who does the final paperwork seem to have any idea what to do, or much interest in doing anything. I have had to consult an attorney to find out my options for getting a boat for which they’ve been paid.

Greg sales and David service manager have made this a great experience of owning a Boston Whaler from them. They handle service with a wonderful attitudes and in a professional manner. If you want great service after the sale, this is where you want to buy your boat. I bought my first Boston Whaler from them also got the same service and attention like being a VIP whenever I call or go by,keep up the great work guys,Captn Don Whitecotton.

Strongly suggest that no one uses this Marinemax location! Recently brought my running boat to them for a simply oil change service and now the boat does not crank or run at all! Very disappointed with the service from this location. If you don't care about your boat, then take it to them because they dont care either! Now I'm left with a broken boat and additional expenses to figure out what happened and why it's not working! Thanks MarineMax for breaking my boat! 👎👎👎

This Marinemax location does not care about their customers or their customers boats. Recently brought my Sea Ray boat in for a simple oil change service and now my boat is not operating and the engine compartment was filled with water! I do NOT recommend using this location for any service work and their sales is a little better but I markups over what the cost of the boats are. Stay AWAY from this location as MarineMax is a big nationwide corporate dealership that is not locally owned and they do not care about their customers! STAY AWAY!

Sales department is great but don't expect to much on the service side. First routine maintenance we took it in for a recall on the shift actuator and spring tune up. Nothing was wrong at that time and boat worked great. After work performed and returned 6 hours of use shift actuator had critical alert and shut down. "They kept boat for 2 months for that I didn't mention" they picked it back up and then told me it wasn't there fault and must have been due to a sand bar. We were in 10' plus water. After that repair and taking off to meet at dock to pick up they delivered it with a broken hydraulic fitting on motor they worked on with hydraulic fluid everywhere . Again the delivery guy said they couldn't have did it but the boat is 1 year old 2018 Boston whaler and we haven't been able to use it this year because of the incompetence of their service side. Again they come across great when your looking to purchase but terrible after!! Buyer be aware! Service causes more problems than they fix and they still have my boat. After this review I received my boat back . 4 to 6 hours on water same shift actuator critical alert failure. If you truly want to help fix my boat instead of sending an auto reply!! We are paying a monthly fee for a boat we cannot use due to your companies inability to fix the problem!!

I can't say enough great things about the Service Mgr or the mechanic. My boat was seen and diagnosed in 24 hrs. I was terrified it was something big and they got it running like new for a MORE than fair price. I have used multiple maintenance facilities here on the Gulf Coast and it's never been shorter than three weeks... and that is normally just the diagnosis! I highly recommend them and they will be my new mechanic for many years to come. Thanks guys!

Crooks. Sold us a boat and now they no longer sale them. They have told us they can no longer service them. The closest dealership is 200 Miles away now! We've had problems since day 1 with this boat. They have been no help basically telling us it's our fault. Which it definitely isn't. We take amazing care of everything we own. My husband works hard for every dollar he makes and this company has robbed us. Guess I should mention we've only had the boat less than 3 years!
