I have forgotten the name of the woman who took care of me. I think it started with a T, but she was fabulous. I am always a hard stick and she was the only employee there. She had to answer phones, check people in, do the sticks. Not sure if any employment laws are violated, doesn’t look like she could take a break but they do close for lunch. She was incredible, had me in and out like a pro.

Terrible Customer Service. They do not allow for you to speak with a live person on the phone, or through chat. They only communicate via a comment form. They have had my billed screwed up for over 4 months. I will be using Quest Lab services in the future.

I am very afraid of needles and the gal who took my blood made me feel so comfortable and in fact, we were laughing together as she took my blood. Lovely labcorp!

Would give them 6 stars if possible. Staff is friendly and helpful. They work fast and are very efficient. I highly recommend this location.

These guys are tucked away in the back southeast corner of this plaza opposite Southern Shores Coffee. NO SIGNSI am happy that there's a Labcorp very close to my house but it would be hard to find without a GPS. Dropping off can be done without an appointment by in-person specimens should be scheduled. Lab results are delivered to their LabCorp Patient portal account, you just have to log in or register online. it says to wait at least seven days after they report the lab test results to your doctor before looking for your lab test results online.They have an automated voice response system at 800-845-6167, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

First and last time here. Not clean at all. They do not clean chairs after each person comes and goes. Only 1person working there. To small for being a lab. 5 chairs in an 8 X 8 space to close for Covid-19. No chairs outside to sit. They do covid testing and regular blood work at same time. So you do not know if your 1 to 2 feet from someone who has covid or not. At least South Baldwin cleans chairs after people coming and going. I’ll go back to South.

I flew from out of town and needed to get some work done. Unhelpful is an understatement. Did not have an insurance card on me but could pull up a digital copy. Not good enough. Had to go to a ups store to print. Personally I think that's ridiculous. Also, being the only person in the office could she offer to print one off? No. Not to mention the website that requires all this information for the appointment.

Sherri Pope is the only employee and she is slammed with business but she does an amazing job even under pressure. Sherri is awesome ðŸ‘

The service was excellent but they need more than one person working so patients don't have to wait so long.
