Never able to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Extremely annoying. Also, multiple packages say delivered but no where to be found.

Always friendly & fast (as humanly possible) service!! Visiting the post office in my previous hometown was about as fun as getting a root canal. The Gulf Shores post office is always pleasant and post office visits are no longer a dreaded errand.
