The office was run down and a mess smells musty and the acorns drooping on top of Rv sounded like golf balls all night long couldn’t sleep. When we took the water house released from our Rv it was all Black water horrible payed for two nights only stayed for one and just left world not recommend this camp ground was not worth my $50. A night waste of money.not even a park it should be called a dump. Did not have a good experience so don’t waste your time your better off sleeping in Walmart plaza. We picked up so quick they made $50 on us being we didn’t even stay the second night my loss but well worth it to leave. Water was black coming out of the house thank goodness we had a water filter on th hose. ?? I guess the got a $50 tip??? not deserved.

What.a.dump! Definitely on my 'never again' list. Upon arrival, nobody in office even though it was check in time, no check in paperwork left out either. Trashy, brushy, run down...I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Only bright spot was I got a level site. My son in law however, after an amazing display of backing in prowess (threading between trees and a deep ditch across from the space) turned out that the pedestal had one 50 amp breaker and one 30 amp plug?? My sil had to drive down to the Camping World and buy an adapter. At $45.00-$55.00 a night, this was not a deal. I didn't bother even checking out the "amenities", judging from the state of the park it would be a disappointment.

Not the place to store your camper or camp. They let people stay in your camper while it's suppose to be in storage. You have been warned.

Such a nice RV park. It’s the cool best in the area. Loved the ice machine. Such a nice touch. Will definitely stay again!

Entrance is through a small mobile home community. Place is small and cramped. We arrived Sunday afternoon for our reservation. The office was closed and no instructions where to go like some parks do.A woman approached us and asked why we were there. I said we have a reservation. She said we must be looking for the other campground back up the road. Went to Gulf Shores RV resort. Nope, we had been in the right place and turned away. Called Gulf Coast and woman said she didn't talk to us. I was supposed to ring the doorbell at the office even though there was no sign to.Decided to stay at Gulf Shores Rv Resort and loose my deposit than go back.

A mature park with lots of trees. Very nice people. Many long term residents. Quiet environment. I highly recommend staying here.

The park is small and quiet. Within minutes of beach, shopping and lots of good food. Prices are not bad at all.

My husband and I decided to take a long weekend in Foley, and this was the only "campground" available. I would tell ANYONE not to stay at this dump. In all the parks we've stayed in, this was by far the worst of the worst. The photos for their campground must be extremely dated from when maybe they had good management?? Who knows? The pics on Google and their website are VERY misleading. Their pictures depict a perfect little gazebo, a nice office, and great spots. I have enclosed a few pics of that, plus some of the spots where long term people stay. The park is very small, and has as many run down vehicles as there are old, unkept campers and yards. Has one very hot bathroom with a shower which I would not stick my toe in, let alone a foot. We brought our two small house dogs with us, and they must have gotten in to something in what little grass they had, because one is throwing up and diarrhea since we left there a few hours ago. Just remember, just because a place brags on themselves and shows nice pictures, doesn't mean they weren't from a decade ago! If you want to feel unbathed, then stay. If not, please go somewhere decent. If there was a ZERO, that would be our rating.

Very good place to stay and staff is friendly. The building where the office is very messy inside and out it definitely needs to be cleaned up. The washers and dryers worked great it’s just very hot in that room. The bathroom is decently clean just hot in there as well. I feel like if you took a shower in there you’d burn up because of the heat. Otherwise everything was great and we would stay here again.

Website photos are very outdated. Booked stay because of photos. Park looks and feels very worn down. Alot of permanent residents with sites and vehicles crammed together. Roadway very narrow, difficult to maneuver a rv through. Very disappointed.

Really nice place. Mainly for grownups nothing for kids to do.its a really small area and the prices for things are a little high. She adds for everything you do. It's crazy. 2 stalls in the girls restroom. The park if you can call it that is not really nice or kept up to good. Most the people there live there. . It one of those places to where it you can't find anything else . Then I guess stay. Don't really care for the owner she can get pretty rude too. I'd pass.

Nothing really to write home about, but definitely does a good job of fitting the camping bill. Got some concrete pads with tables, the normal hookups. We were here during pandemic so things were probably a little less social than in normal times. Pretty much shaded throughout which is super helpful at the coast. Very close to beaches/shops/restaurants. We would certainly consider staying here again.Very quiet and calm, laid back. Plenty of folks around doing some long term stays.2 half baths, 2 full baths, and a few laundry machines. Very affordable. ~$36/night
