I went in for a neck trim. I have super short hair. I am aware neck trims are $8. I was in the building a total of 7 minutes. I got a slight neck trim (growing my top out). I was charged for a full haircut. Once home and able to really look at it, it was barely even trimmed and I still need my neck trim. But I will not go back for $20 neck trim that only took a couple minutes.

Jerri was warm, friendly, and welcoming when I went in for a haircut today. I felt very comfortable with her and love my fresh, bouncy cut! She recommended a leave-in conditioner for my dry hair and I can't wait to use it. I will be back for sure.

Jerri, at the store in Gulf Shores, was awesome. I cut around 3 inches from my hair and had layers put in. She was friendly and listened to what I was wanting and my length was not compromised.

I went for a trim and left with over 10 inches cut off of my hair. One side is longer than the other so I will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I am truly sick over it. Nothing I can do now but let it grow back out.

Family of 3 and we all have been getting our hair cut from this location for years. My son is autistic and they go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable! Can't go wrong with any Stylist, they are all amazing!

First of all these people do not clean their hair cutting instruments. They cut my baby's hair and the hair trimmer was still covered in hair from the last person that they just cut. Not to mention they also butchered my hair and used a comb after I told them you can't comb my hair. I told them I wanted my hair one length and they put layers in it! My back of the hair isn't even!! Now I have to spend more money somewhere else to get it fixed right!!

Not to bad but not really what I was asking for, I asked for a small trim and at first it looked good but then they kept cutting it and it didn't look that good anymore. Never go to great clips

Here's the customer experience: Download our app to schedule your haircut so we can see your personal data or we will put people in front of you that do. Showed up, not one person ahead of me, but once I sat down, two people were taken before me who checked in after I sat down. No. I will not download your app. There's plenty other places to go. Otherwise, I do like your staff, but your business practices are not customer friendly.
