Was visiting family and Shannon agreed to groom my 2 Yorkies as soon as the next morning. They were both in dire need of a good grooming and Shannon did a wonderful job with very little notice. My usual groomer has never even taken my dogs on such short notice! Thank you Shannon for taking them. You are so personable and kind, it was a pleasure to meet you and I will be seeing you again when we move there in the near future.

Was not happy the way my dog's hair was cut. She did not finish the job and we had to go buy our own clippers so we could finish it but not take my dog back there again

I have a 4mon old puppy that had never been groomed, and Shannon was AMAZING with him. She did a puppy cut with the clippers rather than using shears so that he could get used to being groomed rather than being scared to death on the first go-round. She really knows what she's doing! ❤️?❤️

Shannon is is a wonderful person in side and out. She loves her animals. My dog does does not like people, he wormed right up to her. She is very carrying person. Does a amazing Job. I would never take my dog any ware else. She takes her time and does the job they way you want it. BY THE WAY SHANNON WILL HAVE SPECIAL OFFERING, FOR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE CALL AND ASK TO DAY. I was the first one to use it, saved me money.Thank You Shannon for what you do.Lori

Scheduled for 2:00, the morning of the cut I was asked if I could bring my dog at 4:00 instead.. no big deal things happen. We discussed where to trim and where to trim less. She told me it would take 3 hours because she was running behind schedule. No problem! But an hour later I was called to come pick him up ( I was trying to work too). When I got there to pick him up I was In shock. It appeared she had used 2,3 maybe 4 different clipping lengths.. He resembled a mutt you might see in a sitcom. $90 later I get to go home and explain to anyone that saw him what had happened. I’m sure it was a busy day and she was tired at the end of the day, but if you’re too tired to perform then don’t . Oh well, I’m still searching for my local groomer ( after many many years).. but at least I was able to eliminate one.Ps-I think I would’ve felt better with an apology or a sad look, but she smiled and seemed to laugh a little.

I am SO glad that I found Shannon! She is so sweet and caring and did a wonderful job grooming my cocker spaniel. My dog is blind and has health issues and she was so accommodating of her needs. I will definitely be back and highly recommend her!
