I arrived at 8:30 to purchase a couple of items including a bag of ice. After paying for my purchase, I proceeded outside to the icebox which was locked. The young man that had rung my sale reluctantly came out and unlocked the box, at which time he told me I caught them at a bad time (only customer) because they were in the process of closing, at this time it was 8:35, when I mentioned that their closing time was 9:00. He proceeded to tell me that they lock the doors at 8:50. Hmmm apparently 9:00 pm doesn't mean the same to them as it does to me.

Hadn't been in a Family Dollar in a good while. They have a nice selection of things to buy, prices aren't bad. Found a nice bottle ofFragrance Oil,in Lavender, mmm, my favorite, only $2.

Came in an hour before close and get to the counter with my friend. We have everything placed on the counter and separated for the man. He comes around the counter and shoves everything back rudely. We explained we separated that for a reason. His reply is even more absurd by saying what do you want me to take off then! It just got quiet. I then said being from Illinois and being my first time in this store, this is crazy. He says nothing and gives me my change. Worst customer service ever!!!
