Here currently on vacation. Went to grab a few things and everything is way over priced, staff was VERY UNFRIENDLY (after searching for ever for help there was a door open so I peeked my head in to a young girl inside who would only answer my questions with : I'm on my break, there should be a lady out there to help you. I said back, ma'am, I wouldn't be in here if there was a lady out there. She never even looked my way like I said anything) so i went to look for the lady and eventually found her to ask her about hangers. She said we dint get many in so we're out. I said what about these 2 boxes? She said no those were children hangers....which children hangers were in a different box and obviously she didn't want to help me so she walked away. I took it upon myself and opened the box and it was exactly what I was looking for. . I was so pissed that I left everything I was buying in my cart and went to Walmart down the road and got it much cheaper where customer service was much better. Highly disappointed DG and will never be back ever being 2 block from it

9:22 at night. Store doesn't close till 10pm. The store had 2 registers open for card only and 1 for cash only. I was standing in line with one person in front of me and an employee cut me off without saying excuse me or anything and proceeds to shut down the register. The store had several people standing inline waiting. She was so rude.

This is one of the best dollar generals I have ever been too. Can’t believe they were stocked up even after Memorial Day weekend. Great staff and friendly too! Will be back for future last minute needs.

This is a great Dollar General, especially for out of towners. They have a lot of beach items you may need, including kids and buckets, to giant inflatables.

This is absolutely the best dg I have ever been to its really clean all isles were clear staff was very helpful and a really good place to pick up odd and end stuff for the beach witch is located very close to it

Of course while traveling you will forget something! Dollar General has you covered! Reading glasses to the ketchup for the hamburgers! Lots of parking and wonderful people very friendly!

My very first visit back in January was great. Friendly staff and such an interesting inventory compared to what we have in central MS. Today was far less than great. They only had self checkout open, and we were told by an incredibly rude employee that we HAD to use it. Definitely not okay, and definitely not something that should be tolerated.
