I called to get a quote and the woman on the phone was very knowledgeable. She explained all the different coverages on homeowners policy and answered all my questions. Not only that but she was friendly and personable while maintaining of level of professionalism. Best phone call I ever had. Will be recommending them to everyone.

I have been with coastal insurance for a few years now. With the recent increase in rates I contacted Beth to see if we could do better. She was understanding of my concerns and was able to find a new company that would cover me as I wished for a much better rate. This company in general and Beth in particular are very easy to deal with and are willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I very much appreciate their efforts and would and have recommended them to my friends.

Coastal Insurance has been so helpful to me. I couldn't find anyone to insure me because my roof was to old. I wanted to try for an Al strengthen homes grant for a new roof. I can't qualify without hurricane insurance. Reggie was so helpful and patient with me. He helped me scan in information for the application. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help. They are a professional, personable and easy to work with.

When I first bought insurance here, Dave Clanton took good care of us. Well, he left and when it came time for our renewal, "Jessica" had emailed me. Our insurance had gone up so I had questions. I tried leaving messages for her at the office, and then text. No response. I finally had to renew directly with our insurance company. The final straw was when we asked for a quote on builders risk from Reggie. When I called him to question the outrageous premium, all he said was "well, I guess you better go with one of the other quotes". DONE! We found much better service from another agency that cares for its customers!
