Upon emailing customer service, Jessica immediately, no questions asked, sent me another pair of sandals in the next size up with a return label and package. I was shocked! All I had to do was package the size too small and place it back in my mailbox. I had never experienced anything like it before. They went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations!
