“A fantastic organization! Excellent customer support from beginning to end of the process. They go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly. Customer service is obviously their strategy, and it shows. I had ordered a pair of sandals. Once they arrived and I tried them they were unfortunately too small. Upon emailing customer service, Jessica immediately, no questions asked, sent me another pair of sandals in the next size up with a return label and package. I was shocked! All I had to do was package the size too small and place it back in my mailbox. I had never experienced anything like it before. They went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations! They go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.”
