my daughter and I walked in the front door and Sales person behind the counter gave us an up and done scan with her eyes and rudely said "hello". I assume it's because we were dressed in tennis shoes and gym cloths or assumed we did not have money to shop in her store, maybe. I would never spend my money in this store. Store location is terrible for highly priced clothing it's in a grocery store shopping center next to a liquor store and a check cashing store.

My wife and I came in with the intention to spend a lot of money, however I was truly disheartened by the staff. Upon arriving, a younger girl wearing a pink shirt refused to make eye contact or even acknowledge we existed. We ended up not spending any money and immediately left. Very disappointed.

I love this store. I drive over several times per year from a neighboring town just to shop here. The owner has excellent taste and is so nice and helpful! Great selections at great prices. Charm is one of my favorite stores!

Will never shop here again!! I bought an outfit $200! Came back less than an out later because it was WAY TOO BIG!! And I was declined a refund!!

Will NEVER shop here again. Bought an outfit. $200. And I told the lady I wore an XS she said a small would fit me. I went home tried it on it DID NOT FIT. less than an hour later I came back to tell her it did not fit. And I was declined a refund!
