Taking money from our Acct and a year later they continue to take money from us! You can’t call them to get help. Don’t open an Acct unless you want them to steal it from you.

Had a 30 year money market account with compass bank never a problem after the merger with PNC bank they closed my account without notifying me and sent it to the state of alabama they had my cell number and p o box which my statements came to but they said they sent the notification to my street address where I don’t receive Mail never have and they should have got it back return to sender anyway they closed my account and sent 6 figures of my money to the state which I just received back thank the lord but just want to say that was the worst experience of my life concerning a bank after shedding my account like that I would highly recommend to anyone to stay away from PNC bank.

Have been with bank a long time.Went into this branch on August 25,2022 was treated terribly.I went in and sat in a chair waiting to speak with someone.The young dark haired woman hollered across the bank at me...and from there I felt like she was treating me as a criminal.Even though she had my license and bank account...she knew I was a customer.I feel if you cant understand that banking happens worldwide..not just in Alabama.You should not be employed in a bank.I regret my loosing my cool...but it was deserved.I drove to another branch that day and was treated with respect and was very happy.How can 2 braches of the same bank be so different.Will never set foot in GulfShores again.

Have been a PNC Customer for many years, but the gradual decline in customer service, uncompetitive CD rates, unresponsiveness in answering their phone, and lack of services that you would expect from a national bank has me searching for alternatives in the area. The folks that work there seem nice enough, so this must be a management or leadership issue, so would not expect much of a change going forward.

Due to the multiple closing of all PNC branches within 30 minutes of my home I will be closing all 4 of my accounts and going to another bank.

Worst banking experience I have had. Ever since they merged from BBVA to PNC, it has been one thing after another. Now if you want to deposit checks you have to pay a percentage fee more than Walmart's just to get your money instantly. BBVA used to do it no charge. If you want to transfer funds to others who have the SAME BANK you have to have 2 accounts open. If you want to get your cashapp withdraw instantly, good luck sitting on hold for an hour because the branch can't release it. There has literally been nothing but negatives stacking up because of this switch, payments pend for ages, the app makes it confusing to see your ACTUAL available balance, and sometimes my card would just randomly decline for absolutely no reason then go back to working again hours later. Avoid PNC like the plague. I'm looking for a new bank.

This is the new location replacing the one at 250 W Fort Morgan Rd, Gulf Shores. I'm not sure why the big pretty building there isn't open but it's what it is. This one is conveniently located in the corner of the Target parking lot at Pelican Place with both walk-up and drive ATM's When I retired here a few years ago I had to switch banks and I chose PNC and found they had nice people and super flexible options for banking. Like the savings, checking, and spending account that allows you to manage your funds with no fees. Of course, in addition to personal banking, they also do small business as well as corporate.They do some financial planning stuff for retirement and investment like traditional IRA and Roths plus you can get deeper into investments with mutual funds with PNC investments affiliates, including PNC Wealth Management or PNC Institutional Asset Management.There are over 2000 locations in 25 states from Florida to Massachusetts with 55 locations in Alabama and 7 within 25 miles of my zip code. Sadly the Covid fallout has plaqued this bank with closures, appointment only and other issues that has left it a lesser desirable place as of this date in late 2021. I hope they eventually get back to the bank I signed up with, only time will tell.These are the published hours but since Covid they've been a little squirrelly so I'd check. Have not been able to access online banking since the BBVA merger. Tried the toll free number but couldn’t ever get anyone that was in the US. Went into the branch to get some assistance. No one waiting in the lobby and only one couple sitting in an office with a bank representative. Teller was pleasant and told me I had to be put into the queue. Two other bank reps sitting in their empty offices. They were not on the phone and did their best to not make eye contact. After waiting 20 minutes I asked the teller if there was only one rep that could help me and she told me no, the others were “busy finishing up.” I have been a bank customer since Compass Bank days, over 30 years. I’m done. Now looking for a new bank.

Worst customer service ever, you try and accomplish a simple task paying off a loan and it takes months to do something that should be processed in a day tops. This company needs to get their processes straight or not even offer loans to people if it's this much of a hassle. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE.

Worst customer service I've ever experianced. It takes months to get anything done if you try over the phone. And literally a waste of time trying to walk in and deal with.
