Called Napa and spoke to a super friendly fella named Mark who said he would be glad to scan it for me which he did. Turned out to be nothing to be immediately concerned with. I will tell you from my last couple of experiences, the employees were very quick to schedule an appointment and were very informative. I have stayed in the waiting room, monitored my change and I have to say, they are very professional. The employee working on my vehicle is wearing his PPE and working on my vehicle like it is theirs. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for an oil change.”
