“Jan just made my day!I stopped in here shortly before closing because I needed to get change in quarters for doing laundry at the hotel just up the hill. I had had a very long day of driving with a pile of kids in the car and was feeling like I was on my last straw. An electrical storm forced me to stop for the night and I was frustrated the hotel didn’t have quarters available for the guest laundry.I ventured back out into the storm and was so grateful to meet Jan. She was so pleasant and helpful and absolutely made my day. Thank you, Jan for awesome customer service! I’ve traveled through 16 different states in the last month and Jan is the only truly personal customer service I’ve experienced! Thank you!”
“I can’t say enough good things about this location. Absolutely phenomenal crew. From the moment I walked in someone hollered “welcome to loves” enthusiastically and set the standard. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. They had an AMAZING trainer out at this location staying for a couple weeks to even FURTHER fine tune the process and took his time to welcome me and tell me what loves is all about. The lady at the register at the Arby’s also hit every key note when it came to customer service. Absolutely blown away by this location. Was a pilot customer for the majority of my trucking career but will gladly be searching for Loves locations on the road.”

“I did not go into the store. I knly used the gas pumps The outside of this station was very clean. The pumps worked well and even gave me a printed receipt. Honestly, I am so tired of pumps that do not print receipts and instead tell you to go inside. Check them out! I will stop here again.”

“Stopped here yesterday evening to get some gas for the trip back to Huntsville after spending time with my grandparents and doing yard work for them. I also got some beer for when I got home. The lady inside was nice and friendly and we talked for a few minutes while i waited for the gas pump to stop.”
