She had me in and out in under 15 minutes with everything taken care of. She made sure I understood everything and even told me I could call or come back in to see her if I needed help once I left with my new device. She is truly an asset to your company.”
“I want to start off by saying Nicholas Frost and Davontae Hall at this location went above and beyond to help me fix a situation and get me a new watch. Even though they had no Manager access or on sight they were awsome. When I ordered a new watch the new young lady had messed up and put the wrong watch in the system. The Manager David that was present should have helped her and checked my order. Because the system was messed up and had the wrong watch registered it was very frustrating trying to exchange it. In the end I had to pay a restocking fee of $45 dollars. Well these two gentlemen paid it for me. In the end the manager should have assisted the new employee with my order. Thank you Nicholas and Devontae for having knowledge about T-Mobile in a rough situation ?”

I recently placed my grocery order there and loved how my order was at the door when I arrived. I live in a tiny town…where the selection is small and pricey. Walmart is 30 miles away, but everyone shops there!”
