I just cannot express how mad I am with this dealership. I went and I asked about a vehicle and the guy was like no, I have something your going to love. While he went to get the keys I went to the vehicle I liked and sat in it. I was told come over here let's look at this one over here. Like I didn't want to look at it! That was just recently. Only one other time have I gone there trying to find a vehicle and again saw something I liked but was directed in another direction. A day later I went to ask about a vehicle I saw on their website when suddenly the finance guy comes out points at a vehicle and said I got you approved for this vehicle. I was like what are you talking about? It wasn't even a vehicle I had looked at nor was I interested in. It had been wrecked and they were working on front end damages from when the previous owner hit a dog. What made me mad, and down right pissed off was they had run my credit on this vehicle with five or six different creditors WITHOUT my consent. My credit dropped significantly because of these jerks! DO NOT SHOP FOR YOUR NEXT VEHICLE HERE!!

Tried to buy a vehicle that hasn’t arrived at the dealership. Received a purchase order for the vehicle and when I go to put a deposit I was told that it would be $5000 more dollars! After the fact I asked another salesman about the same vehicle and he quoted me the original purchase price I received on the purchase order!! I was told repeatedly that they don’t mark up over msrp but that is not true at all just like the internet pricing!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THEY DONT HONOR ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU WHEN PURCHASING YOUR VEHICLE.....I WOULDNT SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!

THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR PEOPLE SKILLS BY BEING COURTEOUS AND HELP ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME AND STOP TRYING TO DO MULTIPLE THINGS AT A TIME. DONT KEEP HAVING THE PERSON IN THE OFFICE SITTING THERE WHILE YOU'RE TRYING TO HANDLE MULTIPLE SALES AT A TIME. DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND KEEP TALKING LIKE YOU DON'T HAVE A CUSTOMER IN YOUR CHAIR.. AND IF YOU'RE HAVING A DISAGREEMENT WITH YOUR CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SOLVE IT YOURSELF AS IF YOU'RE GROWN AND NOT STILL LIVING IN THE PAST BEING A UNCLE TOM.. These clowns tried to charge my significant other 1300$ during this pandemic to fix her A/C (that would be the 3rd compressor they put on after warranty expired), said the compressor was bad, well the compressor was not bad and all it was, was a connector going to the compressor shorted out! Theres no telling how many women they do this to.

I drove from Montgomery to Greenville Chevrolet, and it was well worth the trip. I first spoke with their internet sales specialist, Mark who walked me through their great web site that showed inventory, options, and pricing. The next morning I drove down to look at the vehicle I had in mind and had an easy purchasing process. The finance manager Benny even found me an extra discount as we were finalizing the paperwork. I am extremely happy I decided to purchase from Mark at Greenville Chevrolet.
