“I wanted to take a moment to share my story about C & K Auto of Greenville. A few weeks ago my power steering pump line blew on my dually and unfortunately I had to take it to a shop that wasn't very reputable against my better judgment. The cost was cheap amd I had to go out of town that day. I get it back a notice alot of fluid behind the front tire and just assumed it was from the blown line. I don't use the truck again for 2 weeks. I'm always checking the fluids so I pull the dipstick and notice the oil level is 2ish quarts low which I thought was odd. I needed to be in Gulf shores by 5pm so I headed towards greenville. We stopped to get lunch and I noticed oil everywhere again. I checked oil level and once again 2 quarts low. I went to the closest shop C & K auto told them what was going on. They found that the previous mechanic loosened the oil cooler lines and never tightened them. With a quick turn of the wrench and fluid again topped off I was back on the road. Needless to say I won't be using a mechanic shop in Highland Home ever again no matter how close it was. C & K went above and beyond to fix my issue amd had me back on the rd. In less than 30 mins from arriving. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jamie is really really good he's very kind and very courteous very proficient and he does work in a timely manner and its really really good work at reasonable prices. “I went to get some brake pads cause I thought since I had about 76,000 miles on my car it was time to get some. They took my car back in the shop and about 10 mins later the manager came out to talk to me and said I did not need them. I said are you sure about that? He said, “yes let me show you. So he took me to my car and they had the tire off so I could see. Sure enough he was right I did not need brake pads yet. So he saved me about 200.00 inwhich he could have just changed them and I wouldn’t have known. I appreciate the honesty and I will be going back whenever I do need them. Thank you.?”
