“I went to get some brake pads cause I thought since I had about 76,000 miles on my car it was time to get some. They took my car back in the shop and about 10 mins later the manager came out to talk to me and said I did not need them. I said are you sure about that? He said, “yes let me show you. So he took me to my car and they had the tire off so I could see. Sure enough he was right I did not need brake pads yet. So he saved me about 200.00 inwhich he could have just changed them and I wouldn’t have known. I appreciate the honesty and I will be going back whenever I do need them. Thank you.?”

“I’m from North Alabama. We were traveling to Florida when I had truck issues. Stopped at this store and they had the parts I needed on top of that they loaned me the tools and let me work on it in the back lot. They also let me use hand cleaner and wash up when I was done. Everyone in the store was very helpful. Do to these people O’Reilly’s has won my business from here on.”

They didn't charge us for the inspection, and they were overall very helpful. Good advice and friendly people. I would trust them if we had to travel back through.”
“We were walk-ins, and they quickly diagnosed how the rain water was getting into our van, and fixed the problem, and noticed a crack in the metal back door near the hinges that we were unaware of, and explained how that can be fixed when we get where we're going. They didn't even charge us for anything. We're on a missionary trip driving a lot, and now my dogs don't have to worry about rainwater leaking into the back! Keep up the good work!”

This man went out of his way to help me fix a disloged skid plate under the front of my car and helped me get back on my way. If it were not for him i'm not sure how i would have gotten it sorted and made it the rest of the way to Georgia.

Jamie is really really good he's very kind and very courteous very proficient and he does work in a timely manner and its really really good work at reasonable prices. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and actually offered tips for fixing my truck with aftermarket parts that saved a good amount of money! Great guy, easy to communicate with.
