I don't think things could have been better. They came and towed my big truck, did a full and complete diagnosis and even found things that I didn't know needed attention or fixed, gave me an estimate and away we go for the repairs. I appreciate how thorough the mechanics are and I never felt pressured to fix anything they found or brought to my attention. Communication couldn't be better and although I am not there, I am confident that our truck is in very good hands. Brenda the lead dispatcher is very nice and very helpful and understands the stressful situations that a truck being broke down brings to the owners. Truck is in the shop now for repairs and I have complete trust in the mechanic team to get it done right and for Brenda to make sure everything is on point. I am putting this place in my little black book of over the road shops to use if the need arises in the future. HUGE THANKS TO THEM ALL THE WAY AROUND

I wanna thank the fine folks at M&M tire and repair for coming and swapping out a blown trailer tire on I 22, they got there super quick and had me on my way, thank yall very much!

Poor communication on pricing. You cannot get mad if someone told you all the fees up front. I told the dispatch in details of what was going on. She did not say anything about a fee for hooking up a laptop computer of $175. total bill was $685 for a 2 hour service call. I will not call these guy no more. These Review are true.

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. --Called for after hours service but needed a tow. Russell offered their towing service and gave me a quote. The next day, I was informed that their tow driver was unavailable and that they had taken it upon themselves to hire another tow company without our knowledge or permission. That would probably have been ok if it was the same price BUT it wasn't. Also, I asked multiple times what tow company actually handled the call but they would not tell me. I still have no idea who towed my truck. They took the other tow bill and added it to their invoice so I would not see who I was paying. Basically, they brokered my tow call and charged me like they had done the work. Don't believe all these perfect reviews. If you read the negative ones, you see that all of them talk about being overcharged.

Stay away from this people if you don't want to be taking advantage and get disrespected trying to have a normal conversation I have been charged $2474.00 for materials that only cost them under $800 for 3 hours of work they charged me for labor of the road service more then $1600 stay away please truckers.

I had the absolute privilege of meeting Evelyn when my car broke down at their exit. This place exclusively works on big rigs and rv's so they couldn't do any work on my passenger car. However, Evelyn let me in while I figured out what to do with my situation and was the kindest soul I have ever encountered in this type of stressful situation. I feel so lucky to have come across this place and Evelyn. I can't attest to their mechanical work, but I can confidently say they have great quality humans there and I can't imagine anything other than great quality work coming from them.

Had to tow a truck for repair. Dispatch lady was super nice to wait for us. We tried to get there by 6, which we did, but still had to off load the truck.

My husband is an owner operator and we needed some drive tires. We went to M&M Tire and mechanical and were only going to get 2 drive tires. Because of the service and friendliness and professionalism we ended up getting 4 instead. They had several different brands and explained the pros and cons to each. The prices were very reasonable. They did not try to pressure you into buying the most expensive or buying anything you did not need. The staff in the office as well as the technicians were very friendly and helpful. The shop was very clean. They put the tires on in a timely manner. And double checked their work just to be on the safe side. If you ever need any tire or mechanical work I would definately recommend this company. We will definitely use them in the future. Great experience all around.

Far the worst place that I've seen in my life. They tend to overcharge people and when you ask them WHY you are threatened that if you dont pay the whole bill they have good connections in the local police and they gonna call them on you, and you cannot do nothing about it. Just an ridiculous place AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost
