Do not get comfortable with this place and expect it to be smooth. I've had same encounters with the same kind of people for the past years. I send my package the same way i always have, and they always have to tell me that they have to check if this package is appropriate. I literally have been going to this same place for over a year and they still cant tell if my package is good to go. Nothings changed, same as always. And also note that the hours in this place are not always accurate. You can go in one day trying to deliver a package and they will tell you they changed their hours. 6:15pm use to be the cutoff now they dropped it to 5:30pm! Please update if you are doing this!

Lady in the front was rude not helpful at all. Also this is the first time I've been to a fed ex where you have to box your items and tape it yourself. They also sell you the tape so you have to buy the whole roll.

Usually do not like to give negative review but had to in this case. They are the worst. Do not answer phones Or get recording they will call back and never do. Very poorly run. Said they were holding on to package and then could not find it.

What crappy company. Do yourself a favor and never use fedex to ship. Packages are always and I mean always delayed. They never ever arrive in time anymore. Lame

unable to deliver your packages and make excuses on why they couldn't deliver a package. They'll say no one was home ( clearly I was home ) they will say electronic issues must be (a lazy driver). Tomorrow I will have to go in and pick up my packages because they where unable to deliver them 3x ... Mainly want to speak on how to avoid this location from receiving my packages so I can avoid Fed ex as a delivery service... horrible business

Lousy delivery service. A package that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, was never received. I received a notification from FedEx that the business was closed and couldn't be delivered. This is a residence and I was home at 9 AM when delivery was attempted. Despite the fact FedEx has my phone number, no one attempted to call me to verify anything with me. FedEx seems to have drivers that are lazy about their jobs.

I hate using fedex for this very reason: you order something for delivery and they don't even attempt to deliver. Been here waiting and instead they just leave a note on the door. Try calling and they literally said that they were lying about when it would be delivered to get us to not complain. We try to just change it to pickup and they said they can't do that on their end and to call another number. They can't do anything about it either. I guess nobody at fedex can do anything about anything? I'm very tired of dealing with this garbage company and just want my package.

I had to return an item back to Gucci... I came here and wasn't sure of how the shipping worked since I was given a label. Upon arrival it was empty a young lady came out and greeted my kiddo and I, we started to converse and I explain that I needed a box. She stated you actually get one free since you have the label. I was so thankful because I really didn't know the process. She was so friendly and kind. She asked if my kiddo could have Candy and I agreed. ( love that bc my kid can't have candy b4 noon) It felt good to be treated nicely! Thanks Gal!

Whoever assisted me this morning was very helpful. She said how are you the moment I entered the building. This is just how one will make your day, simple hi is enough. She was able to help me with my scrubs/Figs return. She's very polite, converse with you, and at the same time, does the job quickly. Enough parking for everyone. It's located in a main intersection. Will definitely be back here again. 3-21-2022

This place is so pathetic. They don't even try to deliver and when you go pick up the package you paid them to deliver, they lie to your face and tell you no one was home. Now I no longer buy from anyone I know uses FedEx and will not pick up anything from them either. They can send it back the way it came from.

Now I see why Amazon uses ups. Slow slow slow. Their printer can't print so don't depend on QR code. Wasting my time took 10 mins for them to tell this .

FedEx is God awful. Multiple times they delivered packages 3 to 4 days later then expected delivery date. Another instance they lost my package completely.... so untrustworthy.

The worst. Delivered my shipment to a different location and registered it as I (owner of package) signed for it. I had to contact customer service several times to try and speak to a manager and I've left my call back # several times and I still haven't heard back from management. FedEx is the worst... if I could give negative stars I would...
