I purchased a 8 foot patio door. I was very satisfied with the quality of the door and the installers did an excellent job with the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

After a full bathroom remodel, I called Grant Glass for an estimate on shower glass. After giving me a timeline of 3 to 4 weeks and taking measurements I accepted their price and agreed to the order. Fast forward 3.5 weeks, I called to check in on my order. At that time, I was told the order was never placed and they needed more measurements, and it would need to be changed to a sliding door. while I wasn't extremely happy with this news, I scheduled for them to come back out asap. when I asked why I was never contacted about this they informed me they forgot to put my phone number on the order form. I then asked if my address was on the form, and he said yes but he didn't have time to get back with me. I should have canceled then but I followed through with the order. Fast forward 9 more weeks for the installation date. At the time of arrival, the man carrying the hardware almost broke every glass on my wine rack in my dining room, hit the hardware against a bedroom door, to then drops it on the bathroom floor. After the install was complete, I went in the bathroom to find the new floor tiles permanently scratched on 3 tiles, the newly painted walls scratched up, and several newly installed wall tiles scratched up. There was dust from them drilling through the tiles to attach hardware all over the walls and floor, they used clear sealant around the glass that turned pink from the dust once it dried on the black tiles, and to top it all off the they lest metal shards all over my porch and sidewalk from cutting the metal hardware on my porch. I can't fix the wall tiles without having the glass removed, it took days of scrapping the clear, now pink sealant out to get it cleaned up and redone. adding 2 weeks to my already way overdue timeline. My doors don't slide easily. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the glass is at least pretty, however they order that in, so they really don't deserve that credit.

Large door glass broken. Repaired nicely! Responsive, returns phone calls, will definitely refer and use again!

Seem to be unable to do the simplest of projects. Been waiting 2 weeks for a simple quote on a mirror. Closed during business hours, can't get anyone to call back, I will not do business here. As soon as I can catch the doors open I might be able to get my items back and take them somewhere willing to do the work.

It took a week for my glass to arrive but to be fair not many people keep glass in stock. Great price and great workmanship.

Seem to be unable to do the simplest of projects. Been waiting 2 weeks for a simple quote on a mirror. Closed during business hours, can't get anyone to call back, I will not do business here. As soon as I can catch the doors open I might be able to get my items back and take them somewhere willing to do the work.
