Store hours say 9 PM. It was 8:58PM and two of the female workers stood inside with the doors locked cash registers already closed refused to open the door so that I can simply get my child medicine absurd

I ordered something I thought would come by mail. But then I received a message saying it would be delivered today. And then several messages saying it was on its way. It would be delivered at a specific time. And then a message my order had been canceled and to contact the store. I called and they said it was credited back to my card and I would have to come in to purchase what I ordered.

The ladies working in the pharmacy are very rude and disrespectful. If my doctor calls in a prescription you need to fill it you are not the doctor!

Pharmacist act like doctors telling customers they decided not to fill medications bc the doctor is in Florida! I was told by many this isn’t legal and a pharmacist should never be running off prescriptions. This lady here should be held accountable and in legal trouble for just deciding she doesn’t want to fill mental health medication that cannot be stopped by anyone but a doctor. She was rude enough to mention don’t send your medication here again bc we won’t fill it. She said this 3 times in a drive through where I could hardly hear her. Never had an issues in my 40 years until this discrimination. I will continue to go above her head until this is resolved. I am fighting for everyone who suffers from suicide that has to deal with horrible pharmacist like I have just experienced. I guess she doesn’t care patients take medication for suicide and guess what she never cares to ask or explain why she was doing what she was. She was very rude and disrespectful and I’ll continue to go after her even with an attorney if I have to!

Just moved to Grand Bay area. This walgreens has been giving me trouble getting my medicine refilled since I moved her 4 months ago. Today I was denied my medication and told they would not refill my medicine due to increase risk of overdose. Asked if I could get 1 medicine refilled instead of all my medication and I was told it was still a risk of overdose. I was treated like a drug addict. If there is a pharmacist by the name of Christina working with blonde hair, do not try to get your medicine. She will treat you like a drug addict and will refuse your medication.

Came to pharmacy to pick up prescription for granddaughter. They told me they didn’t have it. To come back tomorrow. I went back still didn’t have it. Waited six days went back to get it. Told me, they didn’t have a prescription. Then they found it. Told me to go around the building and behind the other cars so she could go mix it. Went and waited pulled up to window and then they said again they didn’t have it. I could get it at Walgreens in Tillman’s corner. Tillamans corner walgreen is not my pharmacy. But I can promise you this after today grand bay Walgreens is not my pharmacy. I mean come on a week of waiting and you couldn’t get it in.
