This Walgreens location has went way down hill . I have been trying to get my medication for over two weeks now . First , it was an insurance thing , but after that I learned my doctor had approved my prescription a week ago but , they didn't fill it . They filled one but not the other , now how does that happen , really ? I've called and called and called in the past two weeks but , only today did they FINALLY answer the phone , then they blamed it on the doctor when I know it wasn't his fault . They really need to either hire another person for just pharmacy to answer phones or take prescriptions or both because their service is seriously lacking urgency, and professionalism. Medication is important to people and we depend on our pharmacy to work for our best interest not against us . If they have more patients then they can handle they need to start referring people to the CVS next door .

Good on ya Walgreens in grand bay for caring ab people not getting diseases from sharing syringes and actually selling them and doing so without making someone feel like a piece of s**** It's wonderful to find them. Alabama would rather you share syringes than sell them to you cause they think you're just not gonna get high cause you don't have a clean rig. It's really sad how far behind Alabama is in everything. Thanks Walgreens!

Called regarding a prescription, I get a recording. Then disconnected, Call back, ask for Pharmacy, the recording says we have problems, call another time and again disconnects. Not the good service I knew since 1973 when Wal greens used to be the best. All about the Benjamins.

I'm in this location several times a month either because I have to pick up a prescription, over the counter medicine or just need to pick up a few quick things. Every one of their associates at the register or in the pharmacy are helpful and friendly and that includes the pharmacists as well. I prefer coming here instead of other Walgreen's locations on the Gulf Coast.

Had prescription to be filled. Fill date was the date I took it in. They refused to fill it because it was 3 days shy from a month from the last one. The pharmacist said it was the DEA policy. I called the DEA, they said it is NOT their policy and that Walgreen's does this on their own. So, I was lied to, they would not fill it even though it was the fill date which means they are now practicing medicine without a licence. Stay the hell away from this place.

This Walgreen's pharmacy was our pharmacy for years (they were always extremely slow) but after regularly losing or making mistakes with our family's prescriptions we felt we had no choice but to change to another pharmacy. When I told the manager we were looking into changing I was told "OK". They don't seem to care at this location.
