One of the best TA service centers I've been to!!!! Riva at the service counter was extremely efficient, friendly and done her job very well. Tristan was the service tech who diagnosed repaired and inspected the truck. He didn't miss a beat, was very thorough and got the job done fast! The rest of the team in the service center was very courteous and friendly. The store itself was also very clean and well stocked. Everyone was super friendly and really made a big impact and represented the TA network across the country!!!

They stole from me. I used some of the points from their rewards program to buy a few snacks then refused to let me leave with my products when I refused them my ID. I'll never return or make another fuel purchase here. And I buy over 20,000 gallons a year.

The service writer here is great, he came here from the shop in Robertsdale, good guy and knowledgable, the manager however, Brandon Scott, is the worst of the worst, full on scam artist. I came in to get a used drive tire because I'm trading the truck in in 11 days and didn't want a new tire. $350 for a used tire, fine, I also asked them to go ahead and remove the HALO tire inflation pucks I have on each wheel end, said about 30 minutes labor, ok, no problem. I like to give my local shop work when I can, keeps them open and gives me extra time I'm not doing it myself. When the tech started on it, he used an impact gun on a small allen-head bolt and stripped it, I didn't say anything, just watched. Suddenly the manager is there telling me it'll be an hour labor instead ($129/hour), ok, that's fine, it's for a good cause and he had already started, so, ok. When they get completely done and I go in to pay, suddenly it's not an hour labor, it's the charge to remove and replace an inflation system cover (??) and since I have one on each axle, it's flat rate of $50 X4 !!! Oh, but we won't charge you for the one we damaged, because we're such good guys. SO, 45 minutes of labor, a damaged part and an agreed upon price all meant nothing to the greedy as*h*le taking my money at the register who is now the manager and not the service writer. $551.68 for a used tire and a few minutes to remove the HALO pucks (they are dirt simple, HALO has a lot of videos to show how easy it is). I have always given extra little jobs like that to my local shop, it builds a rapport and helps them and me stay in business, never again will I bring any business to them, and I'm telling every O/O I know about what happened to me here today. Times are too tight right now for someone to get greedy when you get to the counter to pay and double the agreed upon price. Never again.

Hard banging on my truck by Michael the Ta yard check guy waking me up out of sleep...said I need to move my truck to emty space...turned out to be $20 to park there This TA more concerned with parking money than drivers saftey rest time ..zero stars for this TA and rude poorly attire employee

TA at Grand Bay Al. Is a Dump.!!!! Staff are RUDE & Condescending. NOT Favorable to an Establishment catering to the general public & the Trucking Industry. I a Former Long Haul Commercial driver of nearly 30 + plus have spent a few nights at a TS. TA was ALWAYS in my opinion the Worst of the Worst. They were a Dump back with the OLD Name. Phillips 66 or something. Bought out by TA as TA grew larger & needed properties in order to grow & expand. They SCREWED the sellars then & are STILL SCREWING the Public Even Today in 2024 !!!!!! Probably will NEVER ? STOP ? Screwing the RV & Trucking Industry. In 30 years one learns what REALLY happened. Just Saying THERE are alot of BETTER TS’s out there then TA !!!!! Hope they go Bankrupt Soon. ?. They deserve to be SHUTTERED
