The attendant in the pharmacy was completely rude, and should not be in customer service. I received a text about one prescription yesterday and spoke to a different attendant yesterday. I gave a number yesterday just to make sure they had it correct. Now today I stated you should have it on file. I stated that because I received a text yesterday and giving them my number again yesterday. She stated” I would not be asking for it if we had it.” I believe she could have been more customer oriented. I brought it to her attention there was not any reason to be rude. Then she spoke down to me again. I then repeated myself and repeated what she stated. She then stated it goes both ways. And then hung up. She was a complete **^^^.

Like all CVS pharmacies it's understaffed and very slow, but at least this one is friendly. My insurance makes me use them.

came here for a prescription refill for myself and my husband- we are visiting from out of town and both were filled without problems or waiting. This is why I come to CVS - no problems. The pharmacy tech was extremely helpful and friendly to me. Thanks for taking care of me - everyone is great.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't fill my prescription , said I needed to wait 3 more days. I took it to another pharmacy and they filled it. It was a medicine that I take on a daily basis. Also there was someone in the store using my pharmacy bucks and they all acted stupid about it when I told them what was happening. I don't go there for anything anymore.

Just don't take your 90 day prescriptions to the store. They claim they can now fill 90 day medications in store, DON'T!! They can not fill all of them and then you wait and if you don't run back up there the day they fill it, then you can lose those days the next time you go to fill it. Mail it in, DON'T RISK IT!!
