Carrier ran over my garbage can and did damage to my driveway. Called number repeatedly and no answer. Went to post office in Northport, noone to help with with situation. Left a message to call me, no return call. I would fire every last person! Terrible service and management.MK

Terrible service and attitudes. Seems to be a problem at post offices everywhere. I now put going to the post office up with buying a car and doing taxes, hate to have to deal with it. So long as management ignores the consistent negative feedback USPS will never be profitable.

In my opinion, the best post office in Tuscaloosa. By far. Every other one typically has at least an hour long line - northport's I can be in and out relatively quickly. The staff are super friendly and courteous, going above and beyond.
